Dee has been in the music industry since the 70s and 80s performing in bands and working as floor staff at the Brisbane Entertainment Centre and in the 90s creating All Access Crewing. This was a first to market crewing company owned and operated by a female in Australia. She started from a one bedder sleep out and developed a well-known and respected service to all major promoters, nationally and internationally. The All-Access brand is world renowned and well recognised. Dee has a special connection with her staff, co workers and peers and has always operated in the best interest of all concerned, with integrity and amazing business ethics. For the next chapter of helping the industry to move forward, Dee had the idea of a retreat for ageing stagehands where they could live with like minded friends and have a certain amount of sustainability.
