About Us

Dee Dimmick and Emmanuel Economidis are the owners of All Access Crewing Pty Ltd, which has operated since 1995 supplying support personnel to the Entertainment Industry.

Until a few years ago, the Australian Entertainment Industry was not regarded as a mature section of the business community. Invariably entertainers and their support crew were dismissed as a fringe society and certainly there were a large proportion of people involved in the Entertainment Industry whose livelihoods were insecure and many unsafe work practices were condoned.

It became All Access’ purpose to establish a complete professional outfit that would establish work place standards, provide a climate where people could plan a career and improve the perception of association with the Entertainment Industry. We also provided accredited training to our workers to gain qualifications for their skills.

Retirement plans and superannuation were not a part of any of the planning on behalf of the workers in the early years of the Australian Industry.

With all of this history in mind, Roadies Retreat Inc (RRI) was created as an independent organisation for the purpose of establishing a secure future for ageing stagehands. Within the Entertainment Industry As a not-for profit entity and for the benefit of ageing stagehands to relieve poverty and homelessness.

Our Committee

For Roadies Retreat Inc, volunteering is simply part of the fabric and ethos of what we do and how we do it.  Volunteering needs to be recognized and promoted as a three-way process, bringing benefits to the roadies, the volunteers and the organisation.

All committee members are volunteers and we thank them for their continuing commitment.
